1. Collecting

• Get permission from the society secretary first.
• Photograph each item in daylight, front and detail.
• Tell donors honestly where items go: resold cheaply, part of earnings given back.
• Send the donor a thank-you within 24-48 hrs.

2. Pricing

• Price at 15-25% of market value; never below what it costs you to collect and clean.
• If views reach 5+ with zero carts, cut price 15% or move the drop site.

3. Launching a drop

• Upload the photo and price here, then send the WhatsApp early-access list first.
• Public 10-15 minutes later. Keep the location private until reserved.

4. Reserving & pickup

• First to message and prepay holds the item for 24 hrs.
• Pickup only. Porter booked and paid by the buyer.
• No prepay within the window: release it to the next person.

5. After the sale

• Mark Sold in Performance; send the donor a "your stuff found a home" update.
• Log 1% of earnings for giveback; publish quarterly.

6. Weekly review

• Check Performance: best item, stuck items, best drop site.
• Rotate sites that get few views; repeat sites that sell fast.
